The story
ADE Properties is an Emirati-owned development company within Al Dallal Group. The company presents the group’s UAE real-estate roots as extending back to the 1950s, while the modern ADE development platform focuses on selected contemporary residential projects. Its positioning combines functional layouts, smart-living features, modern architecture, strategic locations, and accessible luxury.
Deansgate in Majan introduced the brand’s apartment and penthouse proposition. Graygate Residences expanded its presence into JVC, while Barari Gate became its most substantial publicly documented development in Majan. ADE’s portfolio is more concentrated than the project count shown in the current Lovable prototype; therefore, only projects supported by official documents and verified registration data should be displayed.
Key achievements
ADE’s main achievement is the transition of Al Dallal Group’s long local property background into a contemporary development brand. Barari Gate is currently its most substantial publicly documented launch, combining residential units, retail components, extensive amenities, selected private pools, and a post-handover payment structure.
