The story
AHS Properties was founded in 2021 by Abbas Sajwani with a focus on Dubai’s ultra-prime residential market. The company began with bespoke trophy villas on Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills, then expanded into limited apartment, duplex, and penthouse collections along the Dubai Water Canal.
One Canal, Casa Canal, Casa AHS, One Crescent, and other developments emphasise very large residences, privacy, branded interiors, private lifts, concierge-style services, and premium waterfront locations. AHS has also expanded beyond residential development through major commercial and hospitality acquisitions on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Key achievements
AHS achieved rapid growth in transaction value and portfolio size within a short period. It completed high-value villa transactions, launched limited waterfront collections, and acquired large assets including AHS Tower and the Shangri-La Dubai hotel property. Its market is highly specialised and serves a narrow ultra-high-net-worth buyer group.
