The story
Founded in 2017, Arada quickly became one of Sharjah’s most significant master developers. Aljada created a large mixed-use urban destination combining residential districts, education, retail, dining, entertainment, business, and cultural venues. Masaar introduced a forested villa-community model centred on cycling, wellness, landscape, and family living.
Arada later entered Dubai’s premium and ultra-luxury market through projects such as Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, W Residences at Dubai Harbour, Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates, and wellness-focused concepts. The company has also expanded into the United Kingdom and Australia. Its development model increasingly combines master communities, branded residences, hospitality, retail, and wellness.
Key achievements
