The story
Azizi Developments, founded by Mirwais Azizi, became active in Dubai’s freehold market through a large residential portfolio, particularly in Al Furjan. It later expanded into Meydan with Azizi Riviera, Palm Jumeirah through Azizi Mina, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai South, and other growth corridors.
Azizi Riviera created a substantial multi-building district near Meydan, combining apartments, retail, promenades, and lagoon-related public spaces. Azizi Venice introduced a much larger lagoon-led community in Dubai South, while Azizi Milan and Burj Azizi demonstrate the company’s ambition to develop city-scale destinations and landmark high-rises. The company’s portfolio ranges from investor studios to family apartments, beachfront homes, retail, hotels, and mixed-use districts.
Key achievements
Azizi’s principal achievement is the scale and geographic spread of its Dubai pipeline. Riviera established a large development cluster near central Dubai, while Venice and Milan expanded the company into full master-community development. Burj Azizi is positioned as a landmark supertall mixed-use project.
