The story
BEYOND Developments was launched within OMNIYAT Group to create larger, nature-led, and design-focused destinations for a broader premium market than OMNIYAT’s limited ultra-prime projects. Its primary platform is a major waterfront master plan in Dubai Maritime City, divided into districts and a sequence of sculptural residential and commercial towers.
The Bay District and Forest District form the centre of this strategy. The brand later expanded into Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Islands, Business Bay, City of Arabia, and Ras Al Khaimah. BEYOND uses OMNIYAT Group’s emphasis on architecture, landscape, and premium service while operating at a larger project and community scale.
Key achievements
BEYOND rapidly assembled a substantial launch pipeline and a coherent waterfront master-plan identity. Saria, Orise, Sensia, Aria, The Mural, Soulever, Talea, and Kanyon form a large collection in Dubai Maritime City. Passo, Siora, Evermore, and The Yards extend the brand into additional destinations. Because the company is new and most projects remain under construction, its independent delivery record is still developing.
