The story
Deyaar Development began through property activities connected with Dubai Islamic Bank before becoming a publicly listed real-estate company. Over more than two decades, it has developed residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use properties across Business Bay, Barsha Heights, Dubai Production City, Dubai Science Park, Al Furjan, Dubai Maritime City, and other locations.
Midtown in Dubai Production City represents the company’s largest community-scale residential platform, with several clusters, landscaped spaces, sports areas, and neighbourhood amenities. Recent developments such as Regalia, Tria, Mar Casa, Millennium Talia Residences, and Park Five demonstrate a renewed focus on residential towers, waterfront property, and hospitality-managed products.
