The story
Established in Dubai in 2014, Ellington Properties built its position around residential design rather than large-scale master development. The Belgravia series in JVC created its early identity through mid-rise architecture, landscaped courtyards, club-style amenities, and carefully detailed interiors. The company then expanded into Downtown Dubai, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Islands, Mina Rashid, Ras Al Khaimah, and other destinations.
Ellington’s projects typically emphasise architecture, material palettes, lighting, landscaping, wellness, social spaces, and a strong arrival experience. The portfolio now includes boutique apartment buildings, villas, waterfront towers, branded hospitality-linked projects, and multi-building collections.
Key achievements
Ellington has received recognition for architecture and interior design and developed one of Dubai’s clearest boutique-developer identities. DT1, Ellington Beach House, The Crestmark, One River Point, Mercer House, and newer waterfront collections moved the company into higher-value segments.
