The story
Al Habtoor Real Estate is the property division of Al Habtoor Group, founded by Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor. The wider group grew across construction, hospitality, automotive, education, and real estate. Its property portfolio includes long-held rental buildings, hotels, commercial assets, villas, and major mixed-use destinations.
Al Habtoor City on Dubai Water Canal combined three luxury hotels, residential towers, entertainment, restaurants, and public spaces. The newer Al Habtoor Tower adds a major high-rise residential project to the same district. The group also owns or developed assets in Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, and Dubailand and has extensive experience operating hospitality and investment property.
Key achievements
Al Habtoor City is one of the group’s most significant mixed-use achievements and includes Noora, Amna, and Meera residential towers alongside major hotels. The group’s multi-decade property history provides experience in asset ownership, leasing, hospitality, and management as well as development.
