The story
Founded in Dubai in 2016, IMAN Developers built a recognisable residential portfolio through the Oxford-branded series. Its projects generally focus on studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments supported by landscaped amenities, pools, gyms, social spaces, coworking areas, and contemporary interiors. The company expanded from JVC into Arjan, Dubai Hills Estate, Motor City, and larger high-rise concepts.
Oxford Villas, Oxford Residences, Oxford Boulevard, Oxford Terraces, and Oxford 212 established continuity in the early portfolio. Later developments such as One Sky Park, One Park Central, 15 Cascade, and Sierra marked a move toward more prominent and amenity-intensive buildings.
