The story
Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, built its identity through carefully curated destinations combining residential property, public spaces, retail, hospitality, dining, entertainment, and distinctive architecture. City Walk introduced a low-rise, pedestrian-oriented urban format in central Dubai, while Bluewaters created a high-profile island destination beside Dubai Marina. La Mer, Port de La Mer, Jumeirah Bay Island, and Bvlgari Resort & Residences strengthened the company’s premium waterfront position.
The company later expanded its residential platform through Central Park at City Walk, Madinat Jumeirah Living, Nad Al Sheba Gardens, The Acres, Cherrywoods, Dubai Design District projects, and several limited ultra-luxury coastal developments. Meraas generally targets buyers who value design, central locations, lifestyle infrastructure, landscaping, and a strong relationship between residences and the surrounding destination.
