The story
Nshama was established to develop Town Square Dubai as an attainable, self-contained family destination. Instead of building unrelated projects across the city, the company concentrated on one large master plan organised around a central park, neighbourhood parks, walking and cycling routes, sports facilities, schools, retail, restaurants, and daily services.
The early townhouse phases and apartment buildings attracted first-time buyers, families, and investors seeking lower entry prices than central Dubai. As Town Square matured, operating retail, parks, schools, and recreation created real community activity and provided clearer rental and resale evidence. Continued apartment launches have progressively completed the master plan around parks and neighbourhood facilities.
Key achievements
Nshama’s main achievement is the creation of one coherent and increasingly mature community rather than a scattered portfolio. Town Square Dubai now has an established resident base and functioning amenities. This allows buyers to compare new launches against completed buildings and existing rental performance inside the same destination.
