The story
Object 1, part of TSZ Group, entered Dubai with a design- and lifestyle-led proposition aimed at younger residents and property investors. Its naming system frequently replaces letters with the number “1,” creating a consistent visual language across its projects. The portfolio is concentrated in JVC, JVT, Dubailand Residence Complex, Jumeirah Garden City, Al Furjan, and emerging waterfront locations.
Projects generally combine contemporary façades, compact apartments, landscaped leisure decks, pools, gyms, coworking or social areas, and bold marketing concepts. The company’s high launch frequency has created strong visual recognition, although its delivery record remains newer than that of Dubai’s long-established developers.
Key achievements
Object 1 established a distinctive brand quickly and expanded across several of Dubai’s most active apartment markets. V1TER Residence and 1WOOD Residence were prominent early projects, while the VERDAN1A and EVERGR1N families demonstrate the company’s strategy of developing repeatable project identities.
