OMNIYAT

The story
Founded in 2005 by Mahdi Amjad, OMNIYAT positioned itself as a creator of limited, architecturally significant properties rather than a high-volume residential developer. Its strategy brings together prominent architects, interior designers, artists, hospitality operators, and bespoke service providers. Early commercial and mixed-use projects in Business Bay were followed by The Opus, designed by Zaha Hadid, and a sequence of ultra-prime residences managed or serviced by global hospitality brands.
One at Palm Jumeirah, The Lana Residences, ORLA, AVA, VELA, VELA Viento, and The Alba demonstrate OMNIYAT’s close relationship with Dubai’s highest-value waterfront segment and with Dorchester Collection. The company increasingly describes its portfolio as a collection of individual architectural “masterpieces,” each designed for a limited buyer group.
Key achievements
OMNIYAT’s achievements include The Opus, One at Palm Jumeirah, and the development of Marasi Bay into an ultra-prime hospitality and residential district. The company has completed some of Dubai’s most valuable penthouse transactions and collaborated with internationally recognised architects, designers, and hotel operators.
