The story
Palma Development has operated in Dubai’s property market since the early freehold era and built its reputation through a selective project-by-project strategy. Silverene Towers and La Residencia Del Mar strengthened its presence in Dubai Marina. Serenia Residences and Serenia Living established the brand in Palm Jumeirah’s beachfront market, while Serenia District at Jumeirah Islands represents a move into a larger contemporary residential destination. Palma’s history also includes involvement in the twisting tower now known as Cayan Tower.
