The story
Founded in 2002, Select Group built much of its Dubai reputation through premium residential towers in Dubai Marina. Marina Gate became its flagship complex, later joined by Jumeirah Living Marina Gate and other waterfront assets. In Business Bay, Select Group created Peninsula, a large multi-building waterfront district that moved the company from individual towers into master-community development.
The group also owns and develops hospitality, commercial, and international assets. Its portfolio includes partnerships with global hotel operators and projects in the United Kingdom and Europe. In Dubai, the company is particularly associated with marina views, canal frontage, tall residential towers, premium amenities, and branded residences.
