The story
Taraf is a boutique luxury development and asset-management platform within YAS Holding. Its strategy is based on a limited collection of design-led projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi rather than high-volume construction. The portfolio combines premium apartments, beachfront residences, branded villas, golf-front homes, and carefully selected locations.
Luce on Palm Jumeirah established Taraf’s ultra-premium positioning. Terrazzo and Cello addressed the premium apartment market in JVC, while Karl Lagerfeld Villas introduced an international fashion collaboration in Meydan. The Terra Golf Collection expanded the portfolio into luxury villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates.
Key achievements
Taraf secured internationally recognised design and fashion partnerships within a short period and entered several premium Dubai locations. The support of YAS Holding provides a wider institutional base. Because much of the portfolio is new, the company’s independent long-term handover and operating record is still developing.
