The story
Wasl is a major Dubai asset manager and developer with activities across residential leasing, freehold property, hospitality, commercial real estate, facilities management, and community operations. Unlike companies focused primarily on off-plan sales, Wasl owns and manages a substantial operating portfolio across established Dubai neighbourhoods.
Its freehold platform expanded through Wasl1, Wasl Gate, Park Views Residences, One B, and new villa and apartment communities.
